WatchFamily Photos: A Visit to Fort Popham Colorado Jane and I spent a day kicking around Fort Popham and Popham Beach. While at the fort we saw a harbor seal and some eider ducks, two of my favorite examples of Maine wildlife.

WatchFamily Photos: Apple Picking With our Colorado friend Jane, we visited the Stukas farm to enjoy a sunny autumn day of apple picking. ‘Tis our favorite season of the year. We lucked out with the timing of the visit as Laurie’s former student, Heather, arrived home to help out at the farm over the holiday weekend.

A defect found in some models of Sony digital cameras has suddenly occurred in our F717. Kind of pretty, but since a recall is in effect until September of 2008, I think we’ll try to get it fixed.
